Covenant Commitment

We will covenant with the SOVEREIGN TRINITY and each other to faithfully journey through your transformation sessions. With this covenant, we are partnering together to be compassionately and empathetically committed to your sessions and seasons of empowerment.

Payments

All fees are required to be paid prior to your session(s). Please pay by credit/debit card or cash. Receipts will be given for each payment.

No Refunds

Please be advised that no refunds will be given.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel and to reschedule your session(s) and/or class(es) you are required to give a 24-hour notice via telephone at 707-706-3777 or via email at info@sovereigntrinityhealingarts.com. With a 24-hour notice to Deirdre Denise McClain and/or Sovereign Trinity Healing Arts Studio, you can reschedule at a time that is more convenient. Session and/or class fees are not refunded for cancellations, rescheduling or no shows. All rescheduling of sessions and/or classes must be done before the end of the calendar year that your session/class was purchased. For example, if you purchased your session and/or class on July 4, 2024 and you need to reschedule, your new session and/or class must be scheduled and held prior to December 31, 2024. No rescheduling of sessions and/or classes are carried over from one year to the next.

If you do not reschedule and hold your session and/or class prior to the end of the calendar year, you forfeit that session and/or class.

If you are a no show that does not give notification of your need to cancel a session and/or class, no shows are not eligible for refunds and cannot reschedule sessions.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session and/or class, contact Deirdre Denise McClain and/or Sovereign Trinity Healing Arts Studio via telephone number at 707-706-3777 or at info@sovereigntrinityhealingarts.com.

To reschedule a session and/or class, you must give a 24-hour notice via telephone or via email.

Same day cancellations without an emergency and/or no shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

Emergency Cancellations

In the event of an emergency cancellation (medical, death, illness, natural disasters, accidents, or crises), you can reschedule your sessions and/or classes within the same calendar year that you booked your original appointment.
