Registration

Please complete the below form to register for your session(s). Click on the "Calendy" link to schedule your session(s). To pay for your session(s), click on the "Pay for Yoga Sessions" or "Pay for Sessions" tab. Payment is required before your scheduled session(s) can be held. Before submitting payment, please click on the "Terms of Service" and the "Liability Waiver" tabs and read the information. Prior to your participation in Sovereign Trinity Healing Arts Studio's services and programs, the "Liability Waiver and Release Form" must be completed, signed and returned via email. In advance of your attendance, the "Liability Waiver and Release" form will be emailed to you.
