For more than 35 years, I have empowered people to break patterns of trauma through the healing arts, storytelling and the transforming power of the SOVEREIGN TRINITY. I am the founder of Sovereign Trinity Healing Arts Studio and the Somatic Peaceful Yoga Studio in Houston, Texas.

I create innovative and phenomenal sessions, classes, workshops, podcasts, stage plays, retreats, conferences, and performances to passionately inspire you to heal your heart wounds and to celebrate the miracle of you.

I have a Master of Arts in Theology degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Journalism degree from Baylor University. I received my certification as a Spiritual Director from Southern Methodist University - Perkins School of Theology. I am an ordained minister. I am a certified Yoga Teacher - Yoga Alliance - Bodsphere International.
